We are pleased to provide you with a positive recommendation re our current and ongoing
experience with Document Systems as our vendor partner in supporting our office equipment needs.
We recently spent 3-4 months evaluating a wide variety of vendors and products as we planned to
upgrade our 6 Ricoh multi-function machines, Ofparticular focus was our evaluation of the vendor's
local presence, their responsiveness to service and administrative requests, their technical
competence/expertise and finally their overall flexibility in consummating a business relationship.
In all areas we found Document Systems to be the vendor of choice. They successfully
demonstrated the machines capabilities and presented a very competitive proposal in a professional
manner, were able to integrate the product with our pre-existing Document Management software,
installed the equipment into multiple locations with minimal disruption and in summary provided an
extremely smooth and positive customer experience.
To date we have a had very limited need for service but on each occasion they have responded
promptly and effectively to resolve our service needs. We would be pleased to recommend Document
Systems and Ricoh teclmology to other firms considering such a transition.
