The IT & Application Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the sale of document and content management applications as well as the installation and support of solutions provided by Document Systems. This individual provides technical installation, training and support for embedded and standalone professional and IT services. They are also responsible for training customer on installed solutions as well as resolving application, software and connectivity problems requiring remote and on-site customer support and for interfacing directly with the manufacturer support reps to isolate and resolve technical issues.
The ideal candidate should possess a college education or equivalent trade school degree and hold certifications in MCTS, MCSA, MCSE, CDIA+. Knowledge of Canon, Ricoh and third party document management software applications a big plus.
