We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team here at Document Systems! You will be responsible for selling, marketing for our Business Development Managers and oversee all of our social media platforms along side with Convergo Marketing.
- Grow advertising revenue with new and existing clients
- Create and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Market on lead quality and conversion
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner for products presented during events
- Organize client correspondence and paperwork
- Previous experience in sales, advertisement, or other related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Adapt quickly to a variety of tasks given on a daily basis
- Creativity and organizational skills are a must!
